Co-Founder & Management

Victoria Hoffmann is deeply rooted in the startup and VC scene. She was responsible for the Western European ecosystem at a European organisation, invested in deep-tech startups, and has previously held various strategic and operational roles. Additionally, she is also actively involved as a mentor for several startups.

Co-Founder & Head of Project Funding

Dr. Marko Häckel, a doctorate in chemistry, brings deep knowledge from industry, public research, and funding policy at regional, national, and European levels. As a co-founder of several successful deep-tech startups, he understands the challenges of public funding processes firsthand.
